TCC’s Bistro-to-Go Markets
Shop, Swipe and Eat style food markets. Use Financial Aid at any campus business office to purchase BISTRO BUCKS that can be used at any Bistro-to-Go Market location: Chesapeake Student Center, Skilled Trades Academy, Portsmouth Student Center and in VA Beach’s Joint Use Library (JUL) and ATC Building (Spring ’25). 

Vending
Vending machines on campus have grown beyond sodas, water and candy bars. You can find a variety of healthy and nutritious snacks in vending areas on campus. 

Meal Plans & Affordability

Lunch shouldn’t break the bank. That’s why TCC’s campuses are committed to providing affordable meal deals and competitive prices.

You can even use your financial aid to purchase meal plans! However, meal plans are not required to eat on campus. Cash, credit cards and debit cards accepted for all purchases.
